These terms apply to your use of this website and to quotes we give through it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who we sell to

We mainly supply business and professional customers [to confirm]. If you buy as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, including, where they apply, your right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days.

3. Information on this website

The content of this site is general information about the types of confined space inspection equipment we supply. It is not advice on the suitability of any product for a particular task. Product images are illustrations and descriptions are indicative. Specifications, compliance and suitability should be confirmed in writing before you buy or use any equipment.

We do not publish prices. All prices are given on request in a written quote.

4. Quotes and orders

• A quote is an invitation to do business, not an offer that becomes binding when you accept it. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing.
• Unless the quote says otherwise, it is valid for 30 days [to confirm] and prices for business customers exclude VAT, which is added at the applicable rate. Delivery charges, lead times and any training or support are stated in the quote.
• Payment terms, delivery, risk and ownership, warranty and returns are set out in the quote or in our terms of sale supplied with it [to confirm]. If those terms conflict with these website terms, the quote and terms of sale take priority.
• Manufacturers’ warranties are passed on to you where they are available.

5. Safe and lawful use of equipment

We are happy to help you choose equipment, but you remain responsible for planning and carrying out your work safely and lawfully. That includes risk assessments and safe systems of work under the Confined Spaces Regulations 1997, training for operators, and any rules that apply to flying drones, such as Civil Aviation Authority requirements where relevant.

6. Using this website

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not try to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with how it works, introduce malicious code, or send us unsolicited marketing through the quote form. We may suspend or withdraw the site, or any part of it, at any time without notice.

7. Intellectual property

The ConfinaTech name and logo, and the text, graphics and design of this site, belong to ConfinaTech Ltd or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission. Third-party product names and trade marks belong to their owners.

8. Links to other websites

Where the site links to other websites, the links are for information only. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

We take care to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee that it is complete, up to date or free from errors or interruption. If you use the site as a business, we are not liable for any loss of profit, sales, business, revenue or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of or reliance on the site. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
